In Caracas Sophia is known for her athletic abilities even more than her beauty. Last year she became one half of the best female beach volleyball team in all of Venezuela. While it’s definitely true that competing on such a high level in a sport as athletic as beach volleyball is a great way for her to stay in shape, Sophia says the real reason that she does it is the noise from the crowd. She loves the attention and the rising flow of emotion that pours out whenever her and her teammate Brenda score another point or win another match.
